We offer three guest rooms in our residence located in the South-east of France, on the French Riviera, Côte d'Azur, Provence (more than 300 days of sunshine per year), in a quiet area (close to "La Californie"), with sea view (Cap d'Antibes), pool, ground-garden, terrace, 2 minutes from the beach.

Our guest house Bed and Breakfast is located near Cannes, its Croisette and Palais des festivals, including the famous film festival, the Lérins islands accessible by shuttle boat, not far from Juan-les-Pins, its jazz festival and its nightlife, from Antibes, its international marina and Marineland the largest water park in Europe, the Riviera of Nice and his typical old town, or the prestigious Casino of Monte Carlo, the Principality of Monaco and its Formula 1 Grand Prix, The mythical village of St-Tropez and its popular beaches, the art glassworks of Biot, the horse racing fiels of Cagnes-sur-Mer, the perfume factories of Grasse, or Ancient Roman Arena of Fréjus. And only one hour from the nearest family ski resorts, like L'Audiberge, La Moulière, Gréolières, Andon.

Close to the Bellini Chapel in Cannes, museums Picasso in Antibes and Vallauris, Bonnard in Le Cannet, Leger in Biot, Renoir in Cagnes-sur-mer, Matisse and Chagall in Nice, Cocteau in Menton, the Maeght foundation in St-Paul de Vence and the picturesque villages such as Gourdon, Tourettes-sur-Loup or Mougins old village.
